New coaches will have the option of taking over a franchise that was vacated by a departing coach or starting from scratch.

Starting From Scratch
This option will give the new coach the first pick in each round of the draft, but they will not be able to keep any mid-round keepers without trading for them.

Taking Over Franchise
This option will slot the coach right into the same position the departing coach would have been in. They will assume the roaster and draft position. They will have the option of selecting a Franchise Player and Mid-Round keepers. All Franchise Player and Mid-Round Keeper guidelines will be followed.

All fees for new coaches will be halved.
