“Remembering Our Fallen Warriors”

The battles rage week after week, both on the real gridiron and in the land of Fantasy. Fantasy coaches draft the men to their squad, they pick their starting lineup each week, carefully watching their performance, matchups and stats, looking for that win. They add or drop players and make trades with as much skill as any real NFL GM. After a long season, some will tower above the rest, making it to the often elusive playoffs, others will flounder and be left behind, but these are no less skilled than the others, in the sense that they did not give it their all, because in the end, it indeed rests in the hands of the true gridiron warriors. Still, the coaches of Fantasy Football endure the “Thrill of Victory or the Agony of Defeat” with as much passion as the real gridiron warriors and coaches. But all of this pales in comparison when a life is lost. The Jefferson City Fantasy Football League has been around for over twenty years, and in that time we've lost warriors of our own in death. These will forever be enshrined in the history of JCFFL.

We simply end this with their names and the years that they coached:

Mike 2000 – 2006

Matt 2005 - 2018

Fletcher 2018 – 2020

You will always be remembered, God Bless
