Mid-Round Keepers

Every coach will have the right to select up to three (3) Mid-Round Keepers, which must be on that coach's roster at the time of the Mid-Round Keeper selection deadline. To be eligible to be a Mid-Round Keeper, a player must; have been selected the previous year as a Mid-Round Keeper, have been drafted the previous year after the 9th round or been acquired as an undrafted free agent through free agency.

If a coach selects Mid-Round Keepers, each of the players would represent that coach's pick for the 5th thru 7th rounds in the draft. The number of rounds will depend on how many players are selected. If only one player is selected, then only a 5th round pick will be used for Mid-Round Keepers.

Players that are drafted between rounds 10 and 17 during a draft will be eligible to be kept as Mid-Round Keepers for a $5 fee. Players that are acquired through free agency will be eligible to be kept as Mid-Round Keepers for a $10 fee.

Franchise Player

Every coach will have the right to designate a franchise player. This player must be on that coach's roster. If a franchise player is selected, that coach will have to give up their otherwise entitled first round pick and pay a $15 fee.

Mid-Round Keeper and Franchise Player Selection Deadline

Mid-Round Keeper and Franchise Player selections will need to be turned in one week prior to the draft. Once the draft is set (see “Draft”), a reminder email will be sent out with the deadline.

All fees collected from these selections will be thrown into the pot.
